Nice likeness on the figure.... my only peeve is the appearance of the Cross Hatching in certain areas - - - - unless you meant it to be that way ofcourse!

Thanks folks for the comments and critiques. Gridlock, a lot of people do find the hatchy strokes distracting--sometimes it's too much for me. A couple things factor with the Planescape portraits: the strokes help give a warm texture and rezzed-down for game purposes, the hatching barely shows.

All-in all, the method is an extension of my de-facto drawing style--scribble, scribble...

Lookin' good! I for one like the texture... I think that some more color variation would be nice to see, especially in the skin tones. Still, nice stuff! +8

I like the cross hatching everywhere but the forehead....just a bit distracting there.

Gah, I love your portraits! The landmarks of the face/body, they're all there, shading's excellent and stuff but you already know that. I thnk next time I'll just post one of them "Wow OMG this is so kewl!!!111" comments, haha. Top points, mmm yes. <3

Beautiful; I especially love the eyes, lips and skin tone. I'm not a big fan of cross-hatching, but I know this is just a stylistic preference, not a flaw in the painting.

Beautiful skintone and I love her features. 'Her' right shoulder seems a little off, like the shoulder muscle just dissapears and is not nicely filled in like on her left. I like the details a lot as well as the hatching from the original pencil sketch, I'm guessing. ^~*
